Valter's Studio guarantees that within 14 days, the buyer can exchange or return the product for any reason (for example, you did not like the candle). However, the rule does not apply to goods that have been made to order according to an individual design or size.
When receiving the parcel, check the integrity of the package, completeness, absence of damage and documents in the presence of the delivery service employee. If defects or manufacturing defects are detected, you can refuse to receive the goods. In this case, the exchange or refund is carried out at the expense of Valter's Studio.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges/Refunds are only accepted for products of good quality, if the product is in good condition, unused and undamaged. The goods must be sent using Nova Poshta to the city of Kyiv, having previously contacted the manager by phone +38 (050) 448-94-52. In this case, the shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
