The central symbol in the candle is "Berehynya" - a symbol of goodness, protection of a person, home, small children from diseases and other evil forces. Berehynya is a talisman of unbreakable fidelity of spouses. The symbol of the beach is the family bonfire, in which a person finds peace, tranquility, love and high morals.
The image of Berehynya has come down to us in embroidery: on ritual towels, in women's clothes, we see a stylized female figure with raised hands (a sign of protection) - a protector from diseases and a patroness of human destinies. Sometimes, the maiden holds a flower in her hands - a symbol of wealth and well-being.
The symbols, with which we decorate candles, belong to ancient Ukrainian culture. Live in embroidered shirts, Easter eggs and pysankas, and now received another life in candles, thanks to our craftswomen.
